Koshish Karne Walon Ki

Lahron se darkar nauka paar nahi hoti
koshish karne walon ki kabhi haar nahi hoti

Nanhi chinti jab dana lekar chalti hai,
chadhti deewaron par, sau baar fisalti hai,
manka vishwas ragon me sahas bharta hai,
chadhkar girna, girkar chadhna na akharta hai |
aakhir uski mehnat bekar nahi hoti,
koshish karne walo ki kabhi haar nahi hoti |

Dubkiyan sindhu me gotakhor lagata hai,
ja ja kar khali haath laut-kar aata hai |
milte nahi sehaj hi moti gehare pani me,
badhta dugna utsah isu hairani me |
muthi uski khaali har baar nahi hoti,
koshish karne walon ki kabhi haar nahi hoti |

Asaflta ek chunauti hai, ese sweekar karo,
kya kami reh gayi, dekho aur sudhar karo |
jab tak na safal ho, neend chain ko tyago tum,
sangharsh ka maidan chod kar mat bhago tum |
kuch kiye bina hi jai jai kaar nahi hoti,
koshish karne walon ki kabhi haar nahi hoti |

About Poet:

Harivansh Rai Bachchan (27 November 1907 – 18 January 2003) was an Indian poet of the Nayi Kavita literary movement (romantic upsurge) of early 20th century Hindi literature. Born in an Awadhi IndianHindu family of the Srivastava clan of the Kayastha caste, in the village of Babupatti, in the district of Pratapgarh, in the United Provinces of Agra and Oudh in British India, he was also a poet of the Hindi Kavi Sammelan. He is best known for his early work Madhushala (???????). He is also the husband of social activist, Teji Bachchan, father of Amitabh Bachchan and grandfather of Abhishek Bachchan. In 1976, he received the Padma Bhushan for his service to Hindi literature.
