Subconscious mind is that part of the mind which records the information and turns it into reality. It is this part which is responsible for the events occurring in our lives, habits, our life patterns and actions. So if you wish to change the reality, you need to recondition the subconscious.

A shift in your subconscious can bring about a shift in your life. There are certain techniques mentioned below that can help to break the old habbits and patterns and create the new desired ones.

  1. Meditate
  2. Heal the past hurts
  3. Practice forgiveness daily
  4. Be aware of your thoughts
  5. Resolve pent up emotions
  6. Remind yourself that you have the power to channelize your thoughts and emotions
  7. Feed your mind with some positive information (source of thought generation) early morning.
