They told me my walk was slow
I looked at them, smiled and said
I am the river which has learnt to flow
They built the wall of dogma and tried to imprison
But deep within, above their bars i had already risen.
It’s not normal, nobody walks this way they vowed
But among all other voices i could hear my consious clear and loud
You will fall and shatter, they taunted
Faith and God’s love never made me feel haunted
I met ruthless giggles and piercing eyes
I had to follow my purpose surely realized
Warning wrapped as a piece of advise they render
I could fall,i could die but never surrender
Today evaluation and ratings may be all what one can hear
But trust your efficacy,
Soon these voices of impudence will be the ones transformed to applaud and cheer.
